Proud of our workout :-)

Leanne and I did 3 "Lone Pines" -- 3 trips up and down the Lone Pine Trail (1.4 miles up and 2.8 miles roundtrip). The climb is about 600-650 feet so not crazy steep but a good workout. The trail was more like a sheet of ice -- my IceBugs did really well. Leanne's trail shoes didn't do well and provided no traction but she still kicked my butt. We both ended up with incredibly swollen fingers -- and my ankles and whole body was all puffy. Amusing stuff.

Cool. That graph is like my mood lately. I'm like SO up and then I'm down (but only because my life is in chaos and I tend to panic before realizing it's a good kind of chaos). So what watch/software are you running?
Hey Kendra. Once you move things will be much easier. Moving is stressful.
I use a Garmin 305 (I think that's the one) and the software that comes with it. Which isn't very good. I am hoping to find something better that can generate reports and stuff.
