Spring has Sprung!
On Saturday Ted and I enjoyed our first hike in the Park of the season -- a trip up to Apgar Lookout. This hike treated us to views of Lake McDonald and the outer boundary of the Park. The snow was largely melted though the top -- or above 5,000 feet -- was still snowy.
We then bottled our IPA, which will be conveniently ready just in time for Western States, and stuffed our faces. A very pleasant weekend! Now I'm all excited to go to CAMP (!!!) next weekend where I will be joined by all sorts of cool folks including Leslie in Banff and Meghan in Yosimite! I will also be joined by the awesome Leslie Antonis! And there will be many others. I can't wait for camp!!!

Yup!!! I think I'll bring all of it along.

Camp! Camp! Camp!
I am looking forward to meeting the other Leslie, I just checked out her blog for the first time and now I remember seeing her at the finish line at Diablo. She was wearing the stylin' glasses which I noticed because I ALSO have a pair of those stylin'glasses. Who knew there were 2 runner Leslie's out there with such unique fashion sense?!? My glasses are so scratched that the world is a bit blurry when I wear them. They have had too many runs, camping and adventures and need to be retired SOON.
